Do you ever have days that make you feel like you have been punched in the stomach and you feel like nothing will ever be the same again?  In one moment your life has completely changed with or without you influencing it. I had a series of events happen back in 2009 -2012 that completely changed my outlook on life. My marriage broke down because of an extramarital affair, my Dad passed away suddenly, I got made redundant and my Mom passed away not long after that.

I remember just thinking why, why, why is this happening to me. I felt so disconnected from my life and the people around me and I could feel my bitterness and resentment building up. I was acting from a place of fear which is what we tend to do when we are faced with the unknown.

Since then I’ve done alot of personal development work, therapy and re-trained to be a coach. I remember thinking that I didn’t want anyone to go through what I had gone through and I had a heart to help others in the same or similar situations.

That grew into what I do today which is help women to step up & stand out with confidence and ease so that they can live their best lives on their own terms.

Now because I am a coach it doesn’t mean I am immune to things not going the way I want and in recent months I have had more gut punch moments again one after another which have been hard I’m not going to lie but I have noticed such a difference within myself in how I handle these situations and my ability to navigate them with integrity and confidence.

I have discovered that the key to anything you are going through is all about your mind and what you are telling yourself each and every single day.

It is so so important to re-programme your mind with new patterns that serve you rather than hold yourself back and to this day I still invest heavily in my own coaches. I have one for business and one for mindset and I can honestly say that without coaching plus all the self development, exploring the options and what works and doesn’t work, I wouldn’t be where I am today, going through some tough times again yet seeing the beauty in the lessons they are teaching me.

So lovely, if you are going through some tough times know that there is an opportunity in it. You may not see it yet but everything is working out for your good. Trust yourself, your instinct and surround yourself with people who care about you and have your back.

Here is to growth, learning and the opportunities surrounding us.

PS: I would love to work with you and help you make the shifts you need to in order to be happier in your life. Why don’t we hop on a >>>call<<< and talk it through to see if we are a great fit to work together. My coaching program goes through CLARITY, CAREER, WORK-LIFE BALANCE & SUCCESS MINDSET
